Contacted Jen Bennett to purchase a lot for future home. I wanted a lot with a water view with close access to Tampa. She found many for us to choose from. Once we selected our choice, she worked with us to get a wonderful purchase deal and helped us find the ideal builder for our dream home. We live currently in Indiana so much of the details were handled long distance + I have no knowledge of who I could trust. She worked promptly on all my request and I couldn't have had an easier time with this process. Lastly she found a local bank for us which made the paperwork a piece of cake. I meet Jenny in November 2013. I am originally from New York and was waiting for my husband to retire before I made a purchase. Marcia and Venus were amazing! We were not ready to buy a house, we had never bought a house before, and we hadn't had a chance to save up any money for a down payment, but my Mom was in an unsafe situation so we needed to buy a house immediately, and move her in with us. My Mom and I were living nine hours away from the area we were looking to buy in so they had to do everything long distance, and we had a lot of special requirements to meet all of our needs. With their help we managed to find a large list of houses to look at. Due to the high price of a hotel stay, we only had two days to do a walkthrough of all these houses, pick one, and begin the long process of trying to purchase it lol. Marcia and Venus mapped out our route and set up all the walkthroughs, and we were able to see every house on the list in less than one day. They hooked us up with everyone we needed to help us buy the house including Tom the money guy, our insurance agent, the home inspectors, and appraisers. Thanks to Marcia and Venus we were moved into our new home with no money down, and no closing costs within about two months which is pretty impressive considering how many problems we brought to the table. They even managed to get us a house in our price range with an enclosed in-ground pool which is extremely impressive considering how small our budget was. Once we get settled into our new home we will be having them over for a BBQ and pool day. It was obvious that they truly cared about us, and wanted the best for us. Marcia and Venus may have started out as our realtors, but now they are our friends.
