Thu immigrated to the USA from Vietnam, settling in Oregon in 2018. However, now she proudly tells friends that Florida, where she built her “home sweet home”, is the best place to live in the USA. Robin Eckhof has transitioned from a diverse career in health and wellness to excelling in real estate at Sunset Realty. With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University and an M.A. degree in Integrative Health and Healing from The Graduate Institute, she brings a unique perspective to her role. Her background spans sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, and volunteer work across industries like title insurance, real estate, nutrition, sports training, weight management, and spa management. Previously, Robin owned a successful consulting firm, coaching individuals and corporate clients on health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, and life success. She also managed a luxury independent day spa in Sarasota, FL, renowned for innovative aesthetic skincare, body treatments, and nail artistry. Now based in Sarasota, Robin is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through their real estate journeys with the same care and commitment that defined her earlier career. Originally from Ohio, she has lived in various U.S. locations, including Coral Springs, FL; Colorado Springs, CO; Warwick, NY; Ramsey, NJ; Memphis, TN; and Darien and Madison, CT.

Known for her friendly personality and highly motivated professional style, Christy consistently goes above and beyond to serve her clients’ needs. Her deep knowledge of Sarasota, Bradenton and surrounding areas guides clients effortlessly through the local real estate market, whether residential or commercial.

A former New York detective, Venus Belger was captivated by the sunsets, people, and atmosphere of Venice, Florida, and moved there permanently in 2010. In 2015, she launched a second career as a REALTOR® with Sunset Realty, driven by her passion for real estate. Jacqueline, a licensed REALTOR® and Broker, holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, earned after closing over 200 transactions. An investor in residential properties since 1988, Jacqueline also manages her own properties and has built a trusted network of roofers, painters, plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, and contractors. Experienced in Condominium and HOA Associations as a former Board Director, she brings deep expertise to her work. Real estate is Jacqueline’s profession, not a hobby, and her commitment to education, experience, honesty, and integrity ensures a successful buying or selling experience for her clients, who continually refer others to her.

A former financial advisor, Marcia recognized the significant rewards of real estate investments and home ownership, inspiring her to become a REALTOR® in 2005. Specializing in assisting first-time home buyers relocating to Sarasota, she leverages her extensive experience to help sellers prepare their homes, understanding exactly what buyers seek. Marcia offers seminars and connects clients with specialized lending programs for first-time buyers through trusted lenders. Originally from the New York City area, she now calls Sarasota home. Marcia is also a Feng Shui master.

After earning a B.S. degree from the University of the State of New York, Albany, NY, Joseph transitioned from managing floral and jewelry boutiques to an award-winning career as a floral designer, serving clients like Saks Fifth Avenue and celebrities in New York City and beyond. In 2020, he became a licensed REALTOR®, drawing on years of managing commercial and residential real estate leases. Originally from Northwest Tennessee, he has lived in Alaska, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, and now calls Sarasota home, residing on Siesta Key and in the Myakka Valley. Detail-oriented and client-focused, Joseph is committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Joseph also hold a M.A. in Divinity from the Unification Theological Seminary in Barrytown, NY.

 

With over 30 years of experience, Bart brings integrity and professionalism to buying and selling real estate in the Sarasota area. Sherrilyn Urfer moved to Sarasota from Michigan in 1975 and quickly grew to love the area’s sun and sea. In 1980, she earned her Florida real estate license. With a diverse background, Sherri has managed a car dealership and contributed to the development of 80 acres north of Tampa. Today, she thrives in the real estate business, leveraging her excellent communication skills to connect with clients and showcase the highlights of Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Charlie holds a B.S. degree from Minnesota State University. He has been an Associate with Sunset Realty since 2007, after obtaining his Florida Real Estate license in 1996. Charlie’s realm of expertise is Siesta Key, Gulf Gate, and the Palmer Ranches.

A seasoned real estate agent, Dan leverages his 21 years of retail ownership and customer service expertise to assist a diverse clientele, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Known for his professional-grade listing photos and extensive professional network, including a kitchen and bath remodeling business, Daniel excels in both the home buying and selling processes. Passionate about sports like baseball and golf, he remains deeply engaged in his community.
